Voting form: Extraordinary General Meeting 2023

If you are a member of the Paget’s Association you are entitled to vote at the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which will take place on Wednesday 19th April 2023 at 5:20 pm. It will be held in the Hexagon room, The Lowry, Pier 8, The Quays, Salford, Greater Manchester, M50 3AZ. 

If you are unable to attend in person, you can vote on the resolutions below.  All members have been sent the EGM documents by post or email. If you have any queries please contact us.

Please note you must be a member of the Paget's Association to be eligible to vote.

You must vote by 12 noon on 5 April (BST) 2023.

Establishing the charity as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO)
Altering item 10.3 of the constitution to indicate that at the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meetings, a quorum will be considered to be present when at least 10 members are present either in person, by remote means or by having voted for the motions put forward either online or by post
