LOCAL GROUP MEETINGS

Manchester Group
The Manchester Group hold their meetings bi-monthly on the last Tuesday in the month at St Bernadette’s Presbytery, Withington, Manchester which has good parking and easy access to the building. The meetings, which are usually very informal, start at 1pm.

North Staffs & District Group
The meetings of the North Staffs & District Group take place at the Methodist Church, High Street, Kidsgrove on either afternoons or evenings. Speakers are often invited to give talks on topics of interest.

FORWARD at Truro
If you live in the area and attend the Duke of Cornwall Rheumatology Unit at Truro please consider joining FORWARD. This group does a great deal of valuable work in the area for people with all types of bone problems, including Paget’s disease. With an annual subscription of only £3 per year FORWARD is very cost effective. Mr Robert Lewis has kindly volunteered his services and will be happy to ensure the voices of those with Paget’s are heard throughout the county.

Potential Meeting in the North East
A new member of the Association, Mr Trevor Boycott, has expressed an interest in starting a group based in the North East and a meeting may take place soon.
